DEVELOPMENT OF A PMO
South African mining company
Established the Project Management Office (PMO) for a client with a capital projects portfolio of 9 projects. Initiatives included the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting standards.
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN
Education technology company
Developed the strategic business plan and investor pitch to enable the client to secure funding. The business plan incorporated go-to-market strategies, price evaluations and business case modelling.

Mining contractor
